What is the AX3 refund policy?Updated 2 years ago

We hope you love AX3 as much as we do, but if you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the product (used or unused) up to 30 days after receipt for a full refund.

To request a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order information and reason for the return. We'll then send you a return shipping label. Once the return is received, we will process your refund.

We will notify you once your refund is processed. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

This policy only applies to orders placed on AX3.life. Terms and conditions are subject to change. Repeated returns from the same customer are not allowed.
