Set a consistent time to take AX3 each day. Research shows that dosing with a meal maximizes absorption, so we recommend taking AX3 with breakfast and dinner. Research shows that astaxanthin, the key ingredient in AX3, is best absorbed when consumed with a meal high in healthy fat content.
